Terms of use

QuickBy is a directory. Vendors publish their own stall pages and share their own location; we don't sell the food, take a cut, or vouch for any stall. Any deal you make on the street is between you and the vendor.

You need an account to list a stall. Keep your login to yourself and give us details that are actually yours. You're responsible for what gets posted from your account.

Your stall details, menu, photos and feedback stay yours — you're just giving us permission to show them on QuickBy. Don't post anything you don't have the right to use, and don't use the site to mislead people, impersonate another stall, or break the law.

Sharing your spot is your choice, and it's a switch you control. While it's on, the last location your phone sent is public on your stall page and your pin follows you as you move. Turn it off and you drop off the map immediately.

QuickBy is offered as-is. A location pin can be delayed by a weak signal, a flat battery or a vendor who forgot to switch off, and the site may be down for maintenance. Don't rely on it as a safety or emergency service.

We may update these terms or take down a page that breaks them. If we change something important, the date below moves. You can stop using QuickBy at any time, and you can ask us to remove your stall and your data — see privacy.
